Thermal Engineering
• Develop thermal and mechanical design and determine rating considering the practical aspects and tips on heat exchangers and the applicable API, TEMA and ASME recommended practices, standards and codes.
• Solve problems of existing system with both thermal and mechanical analysis using practical, analytical, and numerical solutions and software like, HTRI, FRNC, CFD and FEA
• Manage capital and operating costs and improve process controllability by accurately modeling and optimizing heat transfer.
• Performs root cause failure analysis to determine the cause of accidents and product failures. Review the drawings, material specifications, and all other related documents are part of the analysis.
